Welcome to Fair Park Studio, located in the vibrant artistic community of Eagle Rock. Our studio provides a spacious and affordable option for your production needs in the Los Angeles area. Surrounded by charming coffee shops and restaurants, Fair Park Studio offers a relaxed atmosphere that is conveniently situated near Silver Lake and Pasadena.

We invite you to reach out to discuss your project, whether it's a small shoot or a large production. We also occasionally host events and fundraisers! Our facility features brand-new HVAC and electrical upgrades, as well as parking for 6 to 8 cars, with additional street parking available.
